In 2009, with a combination of federal, state and city of Phoenix funding, the Marco de Niza neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona, underwent a complete makeover. Foremost among the improvements was energy efficiency. Thermal Advantage was chosen to utilize our foam insulation system in all 374 units.
