WHY FOAM INSULATION?
Foam insulation adds nearly five times the R-value to block walls by filling all voids in the block (including joints between blocks) to boost the insulation value.
Residential Advantages:
- Improves Year Round Comfort
- Reduces Utility Costs
- Reduces Dust & Pests
- Increases Value of Home
BLOCK WALLS
Foam insulation is excellent for new and existing masonry construction. As noted above, home insulation adds nearly five times the R-value to block walls by filling all voids in the block (including joints between blocks) to boost the insulation value.
An existing masonry home with little or no insulation in the exterior walls can easily be retrofitted with foam insulation, thus greatly enhancing the home's comfort and energy efficiency.
Foam insulation installs quickly, is safe, non-toxic, and pays for itself with year round energy savings.
SLOPED CEILINGS
Ceiling areas which do not incorporate an adjacent attic space can prove difficult to re-insulate. Many homes in the southwest built in the 1950's through the 1970's used this design. Because energy standards have changed greatly from this time period, most homes constructed in this era are severely under-insulated.
Foam insulation can be quickly and easily installed over these ceiling areas by accessing the blocking between the trusses. Because our foam is pre-expanded, it poses no danger to the integrity of the drywall while conforming perfectly to the shape of the cavity, completely encapsulating pipes and wires. Home insulation reduces energy costs for Arizona residences.
