Our foam does NOT expand. The foam is made by our portable equipment at your site and hydraulically injected at approximately 100 pounds per square inch. Also, the foam insulation does not stick to anything. Thus, as our videos show, our material is flowing freely throughout the walls, purging out the unwanted air, creating a wall that is completely filled.
That will depend, in part, with the density of your block walls. On an average, our system provides an overall R-value of 11, which is approximately FIVE TIMES GREATER than un-insulated block walls.
YES! Especially if your walls are completely void of insulation, which most block walls are. We started our business in 1998 and now have many repeat customers that have bought other block homes.
Our materials are clean, safe and GREEN. Our foam is engineered to be used in existing homes, schools and hospitals that are occupied 24 hours a day.
The vast majority of homes in the southwest do not have any materials inside the block. However, if your house has material in the block, we can give you an estimate to remove and dispose of that material.
Yes! All homes will differ, but our customers enjoy numerous other benefits, such as reduced outside noise, less dust, and fewer pests inside their homes. Also, the temperature difference from room to room is often greatly reduced.
Part of our warranty is that you're satisfied with how our patching blends with your existing walls.
Yes. Feel free to point out any interior walls where sound is an issue when we give you your estimate.
It definitely is widely used in residential and commercial applications, for decades.
